A Logtown Plantation Wedding

Lauren and Randy had a gorgeous wedding at the Logtown Plantation south of Monroe, Louisiana. Burma Shave type signs directed everyone to the fantastic location. We all had a great time, especially the kids (and the kids in us) when the ice cream bar came out.

Edward Abbey
Right now, I'm reading "Cactus Country" by Edward Abbey. Edward Abbey was a radical environmentalist. One of his bumper stickers read "“God bless America. Let's save some of it.” Since the Southwest is one of my favorite places to be, Edward Abbey fits right in.
