This past weekend we made a trip to Tioga, Louisiana. Went down to visit
with my Mom and take her to "Lea's of LeCompte" for lunch. We weren't
in luck, they were closed for vacation. So, I needed to come up with an
alternative. From my childhood memories I thought about "Lou & Laura's"
and their squashed po-boys. Most of the places I remember from my High
School days are closed, but "Lou & Laura's" in Alexandria was still there.
Ordered up some barbque beef po-boys and curly-q's.
Oh so good !!!!!
Let me know if you need directions and be sure to get a frosty mug of
root beer.
